Spirit Circles are made up of small groups of women gathered together to support each other on their spiritual journeys.

The sessions (1.5 hours) start with a short meditation. Afterwards each member is offered an opportunity to share what is going on in their lives and how they are trying to use certain spiritual practices or insights

(i.e. forgiveness, letting go, accepting what is, living in the moment etc) in dealing with these challenges.

Members are asked not to give advice but only to share their experiences if asked. The content of the groups is confidential. My bio and other works are described on my web site: www.antoinettesaunders.com  

1. Spirit Circle 1 is for those who are starting on their spiritual journey and are looking for guidance and support. We will be using A Woman's Search for Meaning, a spiritual guide and workbook written by Carol Moss and me.  

Dates: Wednesdays, Sept 15, 22, 29, Oct 6, 13, 20, 27 and Nov. 3, 10 17

Time: 1-2:30

2. Spirit Circle 2 is for those who are familiar with the basic principles of spiritual practices and are looking for a small loving community to support them going deeper into their resistance to “living in the moment” and all that means. We will be using Elizabeth Lessers’ The Seeker’s Guide  

Dates: Thursdays, Sept. 16, 23, 30, Oct 7, 14, 21, 28, Nov. 4, 10, 17   

Time 1-2:30   

Where: 1314 Greenwood, Wilmette, IL   

Cost: $300 for 10 sessions
